CHARLOTTE O’CONNELL

I am a food stylist, home economist, food writer & recipe developer working in Dublin & London.

With over 10 years experience working in London, Dublin and Melbourne, I have gained a broad range of experience, having worked on editorial, commercial and video projects for clients ranging from small producers to national supermarkets. 

From styling both food and props for cookbooks to preparing and styling food for videos, I enjoy every part of the creative process involved in pulling together a shoot. A ceramics obsessive, I have an ever-growing props collection that I can pull together to match any brief. As a trained cook, avid recipe reader and note taker, I also have wide ranging experience in recipe writing, development and testing for various clients and can meet even the trickiest of briefs.
